100-room boutique hotel with conference center. 70 standard rooms and 30 suites (22 luxury, 4 executive, 4 presidential). Will include restaurants, fitness center, banquet space for 150+, spa services, heated pool. $66.9 million development managed by The Club at Bella Collina.

The Webster Times Square

New lifestyle hotel brand by Altus Hospitality opening in Times Square, named after historic Webster Hotel where Gabriel García Márquez stayed. Features partnership with Maison Premiere for dining/nightlife, designed by Red Deer studio with warm neutral palettes, custom furnishings, and cultural programming including literary salons and artist residencies.

Westside Village Boutique Hotel

Boutique hotel as part of the $1.7 billion Westside Village mixed-use development. The 37-acre project will include 238,000 sq ft of retail, 1,785 multifamily units, 880,000 sq ft of office space, and the boutique hotel when completed in 2035.

Home2 Suites

Four-story Home2 Suites extended-stay hotel planned for Exit 5 in North Augusta. This will be the second Hilton-branded hotel at this location, following the Tru Hotel by Hilton that opened in 2023.

Towneplace Suites by Marriott

Four-story, 90-room extended-stay Towneplace Suites by Marriott hotel planned for the Garden District Shopping Center. Located on 2.8 acres along South Medford Drive, directly south of Buffalo Wild Wings. Includes screening wall along southern boundary.

The Bond Hotel and Residences

Six-story mixed-use development with 45 hotel rooms and 126 apartment units. Project moved forward by Planning Commission but still needs final approval from West Hollywood City Council. Developer is Faring. All-electric building designed for environmental sustainability.

Bolsa Pacific at Westminster Hotel

120-room hotel as part of the Bolsa Pacific redevelopment project replacing Westminster Mall. Mixed-use development includes 2,250 residential units and retail space.

Cadence Crossing Casino

New casino with 450 slots and several food and beverage options in first phase. Built adjacent to Jokers Wild. Boyd Gaming plans to demolish Jokers Wild after opening for potential expansion including a hotel.

Club Fortune North

Former Poker Palace Casino being renovated by Truckee Gaming into Club Fortune North. Property will have contemporary look with parimutuel horse racing and Boomers Sportsbook. Plans to rehire over 100 former employees.
