Dos Manos Kitchen
Family-run Salvadoran restaurant opening first brick-and-mortar location at Charles River Speedway, specializing in handmade pupusas with traditional sides. Chef Edwin Orellana previously worked at notable Boston restaurants and launched Dos Manos as a pop-up during pandemic.
Urban Egg
Breakfast chain Urban Egg planning new Austin location at Northcross Center. $400,000 renovation of 4,430-square-foot space with construction expected June-December 2026. Would be the brand’s third Texas location after Fort Worth and Plano.
Kung Fu Tea
Taiwanese bubble tea shop opening first Bastrop location. $250,000 renovation of 1,500 sq ft space. Construction scheduled April 20 – June 26, 2026.
Rice Stop
Rice Stop is a new restaurant opening in Hutto serving Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine alongside boba tea. Located in the former Stockade Kitchen space near Home Depot and Panera Bread. Construction is actively underway on the dining room.
