Italian restaurant specializing in pizzas and cocktails relocating from Jacksonville to Orange Park. Owner plans to reopen in mid-May, specifically the second week of May. Same menu and hours as previous location.

Second location of Bap Bowl Korean Kitchen opening in Reedy Branch Commons Shopping Center. Serves Korean cuisine including Kimchi with Pork Bulgogi, Super Bap Bowl, and Rose Honey Wings.

Ellianos Coffee

Plans submitted for new Ellianos Coffee location by The Harvest Venture Group, Inc. Would be the 18th Northeast Florida location for the coffee franchise.

SoFresh

Fourth SoFresh location planned for Nocatee at the Marketplace retail center. Healthy food franchise serving warm bowls, wraps, and quesadillas with focus on fresh, clean ingredients.

Ellianos Coffee

First-time Ellianos franchisee Mike Soares is opening the brand’s first end-cap cafe-style location in St. Augustine, featuring a single-lane drive-thru and indoor seating. Interior buildout expected to start in April 2026.

Baskin-Robbins

New 1,398 square-foot Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop opening in Valley Ranch Town Center. Construction expected to start in September with opening anticipated in winter 2026. Operated by Tattava Group franchisee.

Popeyes

New Popeyes location opening in Nederland, TX. Construction expected to start in July and wrap by end of year. $250,000 project for 2,215 square-foot quick service restaurant. Operated by CSM Group which already owns multiple Popeyes locations in Texas.

Cuco’s Cantina

Mexican restaurant Don Cuco is relocating and rebranding as Cuco’s Cantina. Currently securing ABC permit with menu details still in development. No opening timeline announced yet.

Sweet E’s Bake Shop

Sweet E’s Bake Shop, a Van Nuys bakery launched by Erica Tucker in 2009, is bringing a storefront to Beverly Hills. The bakery offers cakes, cupcakes, and cookies including customized options. Opening timeline remains unknown.

Jacaranda

Fine-dining restaurant by Chef Daniel Patterson and Sarah Lewitinn, offering intimate dinner party atmosphere. Currently revamping space for opening. Previously operated Jaca Social Club pop-up.
