1st Street Farms
15,000-square-foot restaurant serving Southern-inspired but Colorado-rooted cuisine, part of a $30 million dining and entertainment complex. Partnership between Peyton Manning and Gastamo Group. Project includes restaurant, event space, and community park.
Coastal Canteen
Jersey Shore Restaurant Group establishment with liquor license approved. Features 25-foot circular bar, event space, patio and rooftop bar. Construction wrapping up with opening date to be announced soon.
Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen
Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen received permission from Searcy City Council to seek private club permit to serve alcohol. Located near Texas Roadhouse.
Taco Bell Cantina
Taco Bell Cantina format restaurant and bar with mezzanine level, converting 1,510 sq ft of office space. Serves beer, wine, frozen cocktails and tapas-style appetizers. Project valued at nearly $400,000.
Chick-fil-A
5,040-square-foot Chick-fil-A restaurant with $2.5 million project cost. Located on 2.38 acres near Bartram Market shopping center, straddling Duval and St. Johns County line.
Parcelle Organics
Health food and smoothie cafe expanding with investment from Timberwolves player Rudy Gobert. Adding locations near North Loop and in Wayzata. Focuses on organic, health-conscious menu items including vegan protein bowls and organic egg burritos.
Chick-fil-A
First freestanding Chick-fil-A in Coralville near Iowa River Landing. 5,207 square feet building on 1.7 acres. Construction starting spring 2026. Will be managed by same operator as existing Coral Ridge Mall location.
