New York-based Mexican restaurant expanding to State College. Fast-casual restaurant specializing in stuffed burritos, tacos, quesadillas. Will be located in former Kish Bank building. Plans to hire 20 employees and operate extended hours until 3-4 AM on weekends.

Seven new restaurants coming soon to American Dream mall including Miznon (Mediterranean street food), Firehouse Subs, Daily Seoul, Little Dumpling, Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, Giacomo’s pizza, and Seoul Kitchen. Plans are in the works for all locations.
Wunderbar Bistro
Wunderbar Bistro is reopening in a new Rhinebeck location after their Hudson location suffered a devastating fire in August 2025. The restaurant is taking over the space previously occupied by Bia, a modern Irish bistro that closed in February 2026. Same menu and staff will be maintained.

The Vienna Lodge Bar & Grill
Log cabin-inspired bar and grill from chef/owner Neel Kamal, part of same family as The Urbana Lodge and The Clarks Lodge in Maryland. Features mountainous log cabin interior with real stone walls, leather couches, fireplace, and taxidermy. Will offer sports bar-style dishes, seasonal menus, Sunday brunch, and live music. Alcohol license application pending since January.
