The Standard, Austin

Conversion and renovation of South Congress Hotel to The Standard brand. First Standard U.S. opening in over a decade and first Texas location. Will feature social wellness experiences, rooftop pool, restaurants and bars. Collaboration between Hyatt and Timberline Real Estate Partners.

Omni Hotel

550-room Omni Hotel under construction adjacent to the Raleigh Convention Center. The hotel will house 55,000 square feet of meeting space and several food-and-beverage options. Part of the $387-million RCC expansion project.

RGC Mountain View Hotel

Five-story hotel development on municipal parking lot, part of hotel and office complex. Project cost estimated at $141.8 million. Will use valet parking system with shared parking agreements instead of underground garage.

Hyatt’s The Standard brand converting South Congress Hotel into The Standard, Austin. Will be the brand’s first new U.S. opening in more than 10 years. Property will feature social wellness experiences, outdoor spaces, cafes, restaurants, bars, and rooftop pool. Renovations begin summer 2026.
