Hop Atomica held a groundbreaking ceremony for its newest location in Richmond Hill’s Heartwood community across from Del Webb residential community. Owned by brothers Smith Matthews and Pratt Matthews.

Queen Yemeni Coffee

Yemeni coffee house replacing former Starbucks, serving traditional milk and cardamom-spiced coffees, sourcing beans from Yemen. Plans to stay open until 11 p.m. for late-night coffee crowds.

Bubba’s 33

Bubba’s 33, a Texas Roadhouse sister restaurant, is taking over a former Red Lobster location in Northfield, Colorado. Construction and transformation is currently underway with VMC Facilities LLC handling the project.

Black’s Barbecue

Black’s Barbecue has purchased the former Trudy’s Tex-Mex flagship location for a permanent Austin home. The project could take a couple of years to complete. The acquisition includes multiple adjacent parcels suggesting a broader redevelopment.
