Wisconsin-based fast-food chain opening new $3 million location in south Huntsville. McCon Building Corporation is the contractor. Culver’s currently has five restaurants in the Huntsville area.

Second location of Bow & Arrow BBQ opening in former Vintage restaurant building. South Texas-smokehouse style restaurant with $1.9 million capital investment. Will feature smoked meats, enchiladas, Tex-Mex sides, plus new concepts including cabana bar and marketplace with grab-and-go items. Expected to create 44+ new jobs.
Big John Buffet
Southern comfort food buffet restaurant opening in former Cantina Tortilla Grille location in West Homewood. Owner John Yoon previously operated restaurants in Birmingham and has a buffet in Conyers, Georgia. Currently hiring servers.
Culver’s
Culver’s location confirmed by Trussville Mayor Ben Short, will be located at former bank site across from Whataburger. No timeline provided for opening.
