The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, will open its third Valley location and first in North Scottsdale. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant will feature all-day dining, interior courtyard, walk-up coffee bar, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with weekday happy hour and weekend brunch.

French-inspired bakery and cafe opening at North Valley Power Center. Franchisees Sam Yoon and Thomas Park are expanding the brand throughout Greater Phoenix area with plans for at least 10 locations. Signage is up but no opening date announced.
Hawaiian Bros Island Grill
Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is opening at Mesa’s Medina Station mixed-use development. The restaurant serves Hawaiian plate lunches with fresh ingredients and no freezers, fryers, or microwaves. Menu includes hulu huli chicken, luau pig, wraps, SPAM musubi, and Dole soft serve.
