Novel Ice Cream is opening a new location in Old Town Peoria at Jefferson House, a multi-use center. Construction has started and the shop is expected to open fall 2026. This location is across from where they previously operated a pop-up.

Pinky’s

New sports bar and grill replacing Angel’s Trumpet in downtown Phoenix. Partnership between Robert Cissell, Ariel Bracamonte, and Chuckie Duff. Will feature simple bar food, pool tables, darts, TVs, and accommodate 150 people.

Family-run ceviche and micheladas business expanding to Tolleson location near 99th Ave and McDowell, bordering Avondale. Husband-and-wife team opening downtown Phoenix and Tolleson locations simultaneously.

Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food is planning its first Arizona location in Gilbert at the old Carl’s Jr. location. The restaurant serves Hawaiian plate lunches, spam musubi, and other Hawaiian dishes. Founded by brothers Kimo and Kalani Mack in Utah in 2008.

74,000 square foot family-friendly dining and entertainment center featuring go karts, bowling, laser tag, foam pits, and food including pizza, burgers, and wings. Located adjacent to Ballpark Village.
