Multi-concept restaurant experience on top two floors of Arizona’s new tallest building (541 feet). From Pretty Decent Concepts, the group behind Wren & Wolf, Filthy Animal, and Chico Malo. Construction expected to begin by end of 2026, opening within three years of groundbreaking.

Protein-focused fast-casual restaurant opening in North Phoenix with grand opening event. Features 2,477-square-foot space with 48+ seats, outdoor seating, and dedicated to-go window. Hours: Mon-Sat 7am-9pm, Sun 7am-7pm.
The Olive Farmer
Italian restaurant, market, and bar collaboration between In Good Spirits Hospitality and Queen Creek Olive Mill. Features all-day dining, ISSIMA bar, Flour Lab for fresh pasta/bread, and retail market. Located at former Santo Arcadia space.
Berry Divine Acai Bowls
Berry Divine Acai Bowls signed a lease at GSQ development in Goodyear. Will be the 11th location of the health-focused eatery specializing in soft serve acai bowls with various toppings. Founded in Sedona and operates locations throughout Arizona and Texas.
Postino Wine Bar
Postino Wine Bar will join the GSQ development in Goodyear. The restaurant offers curated wines with $6 glasses until 5pm daily and is known for bruschetta boards. Timeline for opening has not been announced yet.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille opening first Arizona location at SanTan Village. 11,000-square-foot restaurant with capacity for 350 guests, featuring bar, four private dining rooms, and wine wall. Dinner service daily, lunch only on Fridays.
Cala
Mediterranean restaurant known for modern coastal cuisine expanding to second Valley location at redeveloped Paradise Valley Mall. Features coastal-inspired design with bar area called ‘Calita’ and spacious dining room.
VAI Resort
Billion-dollar resort set to be Arizona’s largest with 1,100 rooms in four hotel towers, amphitheater concert venue, Mattel Adventure Park and restaurants. Opening delayed multiple times since original 2023 target date.
