Someburros is planning a 3,500 square foot restaurant in Maricopa’s Stonegate retail center with outdoor patio and drive-thru. The restaurant group recently purchased 1.2 acres for the location. Known for Sonoran cuisine including burros, tacos, bowls, and chimichangas.
Mesa Brewing Co.
Mesa Brewing Co. will take over the former Oro Brewing space. The brewery will be operated by Armando Hernandez, Nadia Holguin, and Roberto Centeno, utilizing a seven-barrel system to make core beers and specialty beers with local grains and heirloom corn.
The Macintosh
The Macintosh by Chef Christopher Collins and Common Ground Culinary will open at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, specializing in classic American fare including shrimp and grits, blackened redfish, and baby back ribs. Part of Terminal 3 expansion.

New burger concept by Chef Mark Tarbell coming to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Part of six new bars and restaurants approved by Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board, operated by SSP America.
Bojangles
Bojangles fried chicken and biscuit chain opening new Phoenix-area location. Will soon break ground at the intersection with target opening date of 2026. Operated by LVP Restaurant Group, LLC in partnership with Kingsbarn Realty Capital.
Origen
Mexican steakhouse opening second location at Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix. Owner Eduardo Medina from Mérida, Yucatán previously opened first location in Gilbert in 2024. Restaurant features elegant atmosphere, open kitchen, steak-forward menu with tacos and enchiladas, and will offer lunch service at downtown location.
Dolce Vita Gelato
Second Valley location of family-owned Italian gelato shop opening with grand opening ceremony from noon to 7 p.m., offering free Stracciatella and lemon gelato. Will be open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. after opening.
Randizzle’s
Former Arizona Rattlers player Randy Gatewood is opening his first brick-and-mortar restaurant location, expanding from his food truck that started in 2019. Known for towering burgers and tacos.
Crazy Mike’s Wings
Wing restaurant opening new Peoria location, part of expansion plans with future franchise opportunities. Known for high-quality wings with unique flavors and sauces.
Black Rock Coffee Bar
