114-room, four-story Hyatt Studios extended-stay hotel on 2.28 acres near TSMC’s Phoenix campus. Upscale extended-stay product with kitchenettes targeting contractors and long-term visitors. Developed by Scottsdale-based Caliber under exclusive development agreement with Hyatt.
Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen
Seventh location of locally owned healthy Italian kitchen chain opening in Happy Valley. 2,000-square-foot space with organic design, parametric feature wall, and covered patio. Offers gluten-free menu with fusion approach to Italian cuisine.
EMERSA
Astronomy-themed bar with immersive technology including 4K VR displays, projection mapping, light and sound. Located at Verrado Marketplace which is still under construction. Offers celestial-inspired cocktails and interactive experiences.
Republic Tempe
Sports bar and cue club with live music opening in former Zuma Grill and Mill Cue Club spaces near 6th and Mill. Owner Scott Price also owns C.A.S.A. in Downtown Tempe.

7,000-square-foot restaurant built from ground up on southwest corner of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road. Third location of The Henry featuring walk-up coffee bar, patio, and interior courtyard for indoor-outdoor dining. Operated by Fox Restaurant Concepts.
Din Tai Fung
Arizona’s first Din Tai Fung location opening at Scottsdale Fashion Square with soft opening March 12 and grand opening April 20. 10,000-square-foot space with seating for 340 customers. Known for handmade dumplings and xiao long bao. Second Valley location planned for Chandler in 2027.
