Part of $124 million project including 2,200-person multipurpose venue for esports, sports-viewing hub with 200+ screens, immersive digital tunnels, and multiple levels of food/beverage/retail. Located on 46,000 sq ft parcel in downtown Phoenix.
Atari Hotel
Gaming-themed Atari Hotel to be developed along Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix. Construction scheduled to begin in late 2026 with late 2028 opening.

Flower Child
Flower Child healthy restaurant planning to open at the yet-to-open Prasada East development at Waddell Road and Sarival Avenue. The restaurant offers good-for-you bowls, salads, wraps with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Opening date has not been announced.

Legendary Palm Springs LGBTQ+ bar relocating to Phoenix. Applied for liquor permit with Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. Will feature a full bar, previously known for themed parties and community events.

Nashville hot chicken concept opening its first Mesa location and third Arizona restaurant. Features customizable heat levels from ‘Country’ to ‘Angry’ level requiring waiver. Menu includes tenders, sliders, bowls and signature Angry Mac dish.
