Andytown Coffee Roasters
Andytown Coffee Roasters is opening their tenth location in downtown San Francisco in a 2,200-square-foot space that was formerly a Starbucks. The location will serve their signature coffee and house-made baked goods, with part of the space designed for LendingClub employees.

New music bar concept taking over former Viking Cocktail Lounge location. Launched by longtime San Francisco bartender Ryan Blanchard with 30+ years experience. Will focus on live music with local and regional acts, combining entertainment with carefully crafted drinks.

Santa Rosa-based Chandi Hospitality purchased the former In-N-Out location for $1.8 million. Company specializes in restaurant turnarounds and franchise development. No specific plans announced yet, but redevelopment will require permits and months of work before reopening.

Filipino fast-food chain opening new location in Stockton with grand opening promotions including free Chickenjoy for first 50 customers. Initially offering to-go, drive-thru and online orders only.
Super Duper Burgers

New restaurant planned for former In-N-Out location in East Oakland. Chandi Development purchased the 3,220 sq ft property for $1.8M and filed business permit applications indicating the new restaurant will be called Currylane Kitchen.

50-room boutique resort in Napa Valley developed by Mosaic Hotel Collection and Napa Valley Land Company. Located 3 miles from Yountville and 5 miles from downtown Napa. Name means ‘shining light’ in Greek.
