New izakaya concept from Casper Hospitality Group taking over former Michelin-starred Shibumi space in downtown LA. Group also operates Mo-Mo-Paradise locations and Guzzu Bento-Ya.

Asian-fusion restaurant returning to North Park inside Coin-Op Game Room. Menu will include katsu sandos, Taiwanese popcorn chicken, smashburger with fries, and handheld foods for gaming. Grand opening planned after St. Patrick’s Day 2026.
Oceanside Museum of Art Cafe
New cafe planned as part of Oceanside Museum of Art’s campus expansion. Will include indoor and outdoor seating and serve as a social hub for visitors. Construction expected to begin early 2027 with full campus dedication in Spring 2028.
