Avatar Coffee Roasters is opening their third location in Menifee, moving into the former Pieology Pizzeria space near Countryside Marketplace. The specialty coffee company will offer espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, and full breakfast/lunch menu including avocado toast, sandwiches, and acai bowls.

Harland Brewing Co. selected to run new clubhouse restaurant at Mission Bay Golf Course under 10-year lease pending city council approval. Will operate food and beverage service including alcohol.

Mixed-use complex with housing, hotel, retail space and restaurants. Three-tower project that stalled in 2019, now being purchased by KPC Development for $470 million to complete the original $1.2 billion development. Located across from Crypto.com Arena.
