Six-story mixed-use development with 45 hotel rooms and 126 apartment units. Project moved forward by Planning Commission but still needs final approval from West Hollywood City Council. Developer is Faring. All-electric building designed for environmental sustainability.

120-room hotel as part of the Bolsa Pacific redevelopment project replacing Westminster Mall. Mixed-use development includes 2,250 residential units and retail space.

New Korean BBQ restaurant opening in a 2,470-square-foot space, serving Korean BBQ and cuisine. Owner targeting April opening.

Bushfire Kitchen

California fast-casual chain Bushfire Kitchen is expanding to Northridge with their 13th location and second in LA County. The 2,000-square-foot space will include an outdoor patio in The Shops at Symmetry. They offer made-from-scratch American dishes including bowls, burgers, sandwiches, salads and empanadas with focus on clean ingredients.
