Mini doughnut franchise opening first California location in Sacramento area. 1,388-square-foot location in Stanford Plaza retail center. Specializes in hot, fresh, made-to-order mini doughnuts with various flavors, plus specialty desserts and beverages.

Chula Vista Brewery

Chula Vista Brewery temporarily closed for renovations and to roll out a new culinary concept. Expected to reopen in late February to early March 2026 after 6-8 weeks of updates.

Saya Brasserie

Dubai-based cafe and dining concept opening its first U.S. location in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. American-inspired breakfasts, brunches, and all-day meals in a 4,500 sq ft space with patio. Soft opening April 1-16, grand opening April 17.

Mr. Moto Pizza

San Diego-based pizzeria opening its ninth location near UTC, replacing Nobel Pizzeria in Renaissance Towne Center. Known for original stuffed knots, signature pizzas, and 48-hour aged dough.

Joyee Noodle House

Chinese restaurant specializing in hand-made dumplings and noodle dishes opening new location in Renaissance Towne Center. Will offer Taiwan-style breakfast unlike other locations. Replacing former Rubio’s location.

Izola Artisan Bakery

Family-run bakery specializing in croissants, sourdough, and seasonal pastries negotiating to open a second location in Coastal North County following success of East Village shop

Lapaba

Korean-Italian fusion pasta bar by Nancy Silverton opening in Koreatown. Chef team McKenna Lelah and Matthew Kim will serve regional Italian dishes with Korean ingredients. Limited service starts January 28, full opening February 3.

Bohemian Bistro

Fine dining concept from Todd and Erica Kniess opening in former Hazel Restaurant space. Will feature prix-fixe menu and Russian River wines. Owners previously operated Acme Burger and Bistro Liaison.
