Bay Area burger restaurant opening Los Angeles flagship location at The Original Farmers Market. Features premium locally sourced ingredients, California-style American food, and soft-serve window. Operating hours 11am-9pm daily.
Burger She Wrote
Second location of LA burger joint specializing in smash burgers made with 100% American Wagyu beef and Kings Hawaiian buns, inspired by Oklahoma smash burgers. Founded by professional skateboarder Don Nguyen and restaurateur Steven Arroyo.
Yār on the Lake
Mediterranean communal dining restaurant taking over former Zin Bistro Americana space. Operated by same ownership team behind Zin. Yār means ‘friend’ in Persian and aims to bring Mediterranean communal dining experience to Westlake Village.
Chez Luna
Dog adoption cafe combining coffee service with rescue dog adoptions. Features indoor-outdoor layout with 2,000 sq ft indoor space and 1,000 sq ft outdoor space. Outdoor area will have Airstream serving coffee, indoor area dedicated to dog interactions and adoptions.
The Win-Dow
Local burger chain The Win-Dow is opening its seventh location in Santa Monica. The restaurant serves classic smashburgers, fried chicken sandwiches and grain bowls. Part of American Gonzo Food Corp portfolio.
High Seas Bar
Neighborhood-focused bar and lounge taking over Crickets Pub location. Owners will take over in mid-March 2026 and close briefly for renovations before opening. Shares building with Venice Pizza House.

New neighborhood bar concept replacing Bottle Rocket Bar and Grill in East Village. Described as an East Village neighborhood dive with plans to serve alcoholic beverages. Team is in final stages of construction and inspection phase.
Sky Valley Cellars
Ramona-based boutique winery opening a 1,400-square-foot wine bar and kitchen in the Marina District’s Pinnacle Tower. Will feature outdoor patio, full kitchen, small plates and Roman-style pinsas paired with their wines.
