Six-story mixed-use development with 45 hotel rooms and 126 apartment units. Project moved forward by Planning Commission but still needs final approval from West Hollywood City Council. Developer is Faring. All-electric building designed for environmental sustainability.

Bushfire Kitchen
California fast-casual chain Bushfire Kitchen is expanding to Northridge with their 13th location and second in LA County. The 2,000-square-foot space will include an outdoor patio in The Shops at Symmetry. They offer made-from-scratch American dishes including bowls, burgers, sandwiches, salads and empanadas with focus on clean ingredients.

Cuban-inspired restaurant expanding from Calabasas to second California location. Known for pressed sandwiches, Cuban coffee, and dishes like Cafechera and Tilapia Criolla. Located at Agoura Meadows Shopping Center.
Sant Ambroeus
SA Hospitality is taking over the former Il Fornaio space to bring their Milanese restaurant Sant Ambroeus to Beverly Hills. The brand specializes in classic Italian dishes with raw bar, pastas, and traditional entrees, plus coffee bar and breakfast-lunch offerings.
Oak House
Family-owned café owned by former healthcare workers, offering carefully crafted coffee, espresso drinks, house-made pastries and light bites with gluten-free alternatives. Taking over former coffee shop building.
The Posh Bagel
New York-style bagel chain expanding to Lincoln location in upcoming Twelve Bridges Retail Center. Founded in 1992, serves bagels, sandwiches, pastries, and specialty drinks. Currently operates 18 California locations with dozen more in development.
Crystal Basin Cellars
Crystal Basin Cellars winery has filed with California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to open a new tasting room location in Placerville. Application submitted January 22, 2026 and is pending state approval. Team member confirmed new location is in the works.
