Porta Via

Porta Via is planning to reopen at a new Beverly Hills location after closing in December due to a Christmas Day fire. The restaurant filed an ABC application for the new location and the owner previously stated they would work to rebuild and restore as quickly as possible.

Noble 33 Japanese Steakhouse

Noble 33 hospitality group is opening a 12,000-square-foot Japanese steakhouse and izakaya concept at Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills. The steakhouse will spotlight Japanese steak while the sister izakaya will focus on small plates and ramen.

Crab N Spice

Seafood boil franchise opening new location in Cudahy. Franchise owner Kevin Maranan, who also owns a Carson location, is in final stages of preparation. The brand offers catch-of-the-day options with fresh seafood and various spice levels.

Blank Street

New York-based coffee chain planning two Los Angeles locations in Beverly Hills and Studio City. Will be first West Coast locations for the brand that serves espresso, matcha and baked goods.
