French restaurant relaunch by hospitality veteran Hakan Ilhan. 7,500 sq ft space with 225 seating capacity and 60-seat sidewalk cafe. Will offer lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and late-night menu. Homage to original Bistro Francais that operated 1975-2016.
The Tackle Shop
Nautical-themed retail tackle shop and bar concept opening at Yards Marina boardwalk. Will serve canned beer and cocktails with outdoor patio seating, plus fishing gear and bait. Grand opening planned for May 9 from noon to 10pm with celebrity fishermen, contests and giveaways.

Chef Geoff’s third DC location opening in Mount Vernon Triangle, spanning 5,500 square feet with capacity for 185 customers. Will feature dry aged burgers, housemade pastas, pizza, and signature dishes. Design by 3877 Design firm.

European-style bar with retro vibes from Daniella Senior (owner of Colada Shop and Elegancia). Will seat 80 inside plus 60 on courtyard patio. Culinary Director Claudio Fosch from José Andrés Group. Menu includes burgers, meat, pasta, and salad dishes.
