Baltimore-based bakery expanding to DC with a 6,221 square foot space across two stories in Logan Circle. Will offer full-service dining with all-day breakfast, lunch, pastries, artisan breads, coffee, tea, and cocktails. Features outdoor patio and grab-and-go options.

Augie’s Mussel House and Beer Garden

Belgian-inspired restaurant opening third location in Cathedral Heights, DC. Will accommodate up to 140 guests inside with sidewalk cafe for 32 more. Menu features mussels, seafood, burgers, chicken, pasta and other items. Has existing locations in Alexandria, VA and Annapolis, MD.

Wheelhouse

Nautically-themed American restaurant from Georgetown Events Hospitality Group featuring classic comfort food, burgers, sandwiches, soups, and seafood options. Will include patio dining in 4,500 square foot space.

Dayglow Coffee

L.A.-native coffee concept opening first DC location in Georgetown. Known for international brews, unique roasters, and non-alcoholic coffee cocktails. 2,000 square foot storefront with minimalist aesthetic. May also offer Awan vegan ice cream.

South Block

South Block opening its 23rd location in Western Market near George Washington University. Chain specializes in smoothies, acai bowls, and healthy fare. Location holds special significance as founder started his first juice bar at GW 20 years ago.

Los Angeles-based coffee chain opening Georgetown location, will feature large seating area, Nordic-style food, international roasted coffee, and Awan vegan ice cream window
