Food truck serving hot dogs, hamburgers, Italian sausage, and specialty egg rolls. Owner plans to keep prices low for families and get involved with community support.
Jeff’s Bagel Run
First Jeff’s Bagel Run location in Jacksonville expansion, opening in Seminole Shoppes. Chain specializes in boiled bagels with varieties like Asiago Everything and Cacio E Pepe, with unique spreads like Banana Pudding and Cake Batter.
Grumpy’s Restaurant
Classic American breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant expanding to sixth Northeast Florida location. Will feature private room, game area for kids, and full-service bar. Franchisee Dell Hoard also operates Middleburg location.
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. will replace Joe’s Crab Shack at this oceanfront location. The restaurant serves southern-style comfort dishes including various shrimp preparations, ribs, burgers and salads in a Forrest Gump themed atmosphere. This will be the brand’s sixth Florida location.
Crispy Cones
Ice cream chain featuring fresh dough cones grilled rotisserie-style and filled with soft-serve ice cream and various toppings. First of three planned Jacksonville area locations.
Fatburger
Fatburger plans to open its first Jacksonville-area restaurant in Orange Park, taking over the former DQ Grill & Chill location that closed in December 2024. Part of a 40-unit development deal with franchisee Whole Factor Inc.
D’Maria Deli, Bakery & Tapas Bar
Mediterranean deli, bakery and tapas bar offering baked goods, deli items, paella, tapas, and small plates. Co-owner Pedro Gorbea mentioned but opening timeline not specified.
