First Zaza Bar location, an offshoot of Zaza Cuban Comfort Food, opening at Orlando International Airport’s Southwest Terminal A. Will offer full bar and Cuban favorites including mojitos.

CFS Coffee

CFS Coffee (Coffee For The Soul) is opening a new location in Mount Dora. The company sources 100% Colombian coffee beans sustainably and offers coffee labs, farm-to-cup experiences, and cuppings. Menu includes coffee, arepas, bowls, and smoothies. No exact address or opening date announced yet.

Batting Cage and Latin Flavor

Latin restaurant planned for former Grand Slam Batting Cage & Miniature Golf space. Plan review paperwork has been filed. Details on menu and exact opening timeline not yet available.

Safe Harbor Seafood

Nathan Stuart acquired the former Safe Harbor Seafood in Crescent Beach and plans to reopen it soon with a new name. He is also in permitting for a $4 million conversion of the former Baron Catos in Vilano Beach.

New hacienda-style Quick-Service dining location being built as part of Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s new Tropical Americas-themed land called Pueblo Esperanza, transforming from the former Restaurantosaurus restaurant

Matanzas Innlet

Restaurant that closed after Hurricane Matthew is planning a comeback. Pre-application filed with St. Johns County to start rebuilding process. Jed Galasso (son of original owner Jerry Galasso) is the applicant for reconstruction.
