Culver’s
Wisconsin-based fast casual restaurant specializing in ButterBurgers and frozen custard. Site is under construction with franchise owner Nathan Devine having filed applications with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
CFS Coffee
CFS Coffee (Coffee For The Soul) is opening a new location in Winter Garden. The company celebrates Colombian coffee farmers and offers holistic coffee experiences including coffee labs and farm-to-cup experiences. They serve coffee, arepas, bowls, and smoothies.
Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A will be part of Phase Two improvements at Orlando International Airport, operated by SSP America. Multiple restaurants including Starbucks, Piggza, Bricks & Bowls, Sambazon, Naya Middle Eastern, and Einstein Brothers Bagels are also planned. Construction starts in 2026 with openings rolling through late 2028.
Panda Express
Panda Express is part of the second group of restaurants coming to Orlando International Airport as part of a multi-year Concession Master Plan. Central Florida Hospitality Partners, led by HMSHost, will operate the location. The project is part of a $5.9 billion Capital Improvement Plan with final phase completion by end of 2028.
Just Love Coffee
Just Love Coffee will be operated by Lago Dora, LLC. Transglobal Concessions and Lago Dora as part of Orlando International Airport’s Concession Master Plan adding over three dozen new dining experiences to Terminals A and B.
Tiki Docks
Tropical lifestyle cafe coming to Hamlin Town Center at Horizon West. Will feature a unique speakeasy inside paying tribute to Don the Beachcomber. Specializes in Florida fried baskets with grouper, shrimp, or scallops, plus tacos, seafood, and specialty drinks.
Bronx House Pizza
New York Pizza restaurant opening at Tomoka Town Center in former Doninic’s Deli space. 3,000 square foot location will seat 100 guests and includes a full bar. Part of local Florida chain with dozen locations.
Kava & Company
Third location of Jacksonville’s premier elixir bar serving kava, mocktails, alcohol-free beverages, bagels and other eats. New location will have a Miami vibe and is described as a 100%-new space.
The HUB Brooklyn
Three-restaurant concept including Southern Grounds coffee shop, Alder & Oak Mediterranean restaurant, and Zorba’s Bar rooftop bar. Features mostly outdoor seating with 95% alfresco dining. Under construction since November 2024.
Tacos & Tequila Cantina
Mexican restaurant featuring eclectic decor, upbeat music, works from local artists, and affordable quality fare. Located at Eastport Town Center. Operated by HMC Hospitality Group, the original Hooters founders.
