Coffee shop concept replacing CoLab Cafe, co-founded by Kevin Perez and John Panghulan. Known for matcha from previous pop-ups at Norikase. Website is live but menu details not yet available.

New freestanding 1,380-square-foot Dunkin’ store with drive-thru and 12 parking spaces proposed for Oakleaf Plantation. Paperwork has been submitted and project is under review.

BBQ food truck comeback by former owner of Rich’s Smoke Ring BBQ, serving pork, beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs, turkey and sides like mac and cheese. Will serve Clay County area including Doctors Lake Marina.
UniMart
Asian convenience store concept by Michelin-starred chef William Shen, offering viral Japanese snacks, candies, tamago sandos, konbini fried chicken, and bento boxes. Located inside Mills Market food hall, replacing the shuttered Konbini store.
Sushi Kindai
Japanese fusion-style restaurant offering sushi, sashimi, signature maki rolls, hibachi bento boxes, and creative appetizers. Will feature a full bar with Japanese sake, soju, beer, wine, and cocktails with Japanese twist. Located at the Shoppes of Lakeview in Horizon West.
Jack in the Box
Jack in the Box franchisee Ed Zausch has signed a land lease in Clermont and is planning to start construction as soon as possible. This is part of a 10-restaurant deal, with hopes to open a second location by end of year.
