Colorado-based breakfast chain Le Peep opening second Florida location in Tallahassee, taking over former Yasou Cafe space. Will serve breakfast, brunch and lunch with menu items including skillets, benedicts, pancakes, and omelets.

Ember & Iron

Second Northeast Florida location of Ember & Iron restaurant opening in The Village at Seven Pines shopping center. 4,900-square-foot restaurant with inside/outside seating and private dining. Will employ about 40 team members. Features ember-roasted dishes over oak-fueled hearth grill.

Homewood Suites by Hilton

Six-story, 132-room hotel in downtown Pensacola with views of Pensacola Bay. Features include pool, outdoor grill area, and lawn for yard games. Being developed by Kerioth Corporation.

The Mansion at Bella Collina

Proposed $66.9 million boutique hotel with 100 rooms (70 standard, 30 suites including luxury, executive and presidential suites), conference center, specialty restaurants, fitness center, spa services, heated pool, and banquet space for 150+ people. Will create approximately 148 full-time and 77 part-time jobs.

Breezy Jazz House

Breezy Jazz House & Restaurant is relocating back downtown to East Bay Street. The jazz house serves food and drinks with a menu featuring items like Blue Note Burger and Breezy Deluxe Seafood Platter, along with live jazz performances.

Bibimbox Korean Kitchen & Wings

Korean restaurant expanding to second Jacksonville location, serving Korean fried chicken, bibimbap bowls, and Korean comfort food. Permits filed for demolition and buildout of 1,787-square-foot space.

Redtail Four Brewery and Brick Oven Pizza

Family-run, veteran owned brewery and pizza restaurant with 7,850 square-foot facility, 98 indoor seats and 84 patio seats. Run by Colonel T.J. Fowler (USAF, Ret.) and his daughter Chelsea Woodard. Melbourne City Council gave initial approval for microbrewery and on-site beer/wine sales.

Jersey Mike’s Sub Shop

Jersey Mike’s sub shop coming to Deltona. Holm Subs, LLC filed permit applications with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the location.

Swig

Swig beverage shop offering customizable sodas and dirty sodas is opening its first Daytona Beach location near Tanger Outlets. The 932 square-foot building will feature a dual-lane drive-thru and will be the first Swig in Volusia County.

DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go

Fast-casual fresh pasta restaurant celebrating grand opening across from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. First location on a college campus. Features fresh pasta machine, homemade sauces, and to-go service. First 100 customers receive free pasta card.
