Potbelly Sandwich Works planning new location at Hodges Station business center. Plan review paperwork has been submitted by Gold and Green Management LLC franchisee. Will join other restaurants like Just Kitchen Jax, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Tijuana Flats.

45,000 square foot entertainment and dining venue with 50+ physical and mental challenge rooms, full-service restaurant specializing in Detroit-style pizza and Wagyu burgers, bar and cocktail theater. Located at former NBA Experience at Disney Springs West.
Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse
Second Orlando location for New York Italian-American steakhouse chain, taking over former Macaroni Grill space. 9,000 square foot restaurant will seat about 250 guests and offer steakhouse and Italian cuisine.
Jersey Mike’s
Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop opening new location in Leesburg. JM Leesburg, LLC filed permit applications with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. No opening date announced yet.
Takami Sushi
Japanese restaurant featuring fresh sushi, tempura, edamame, and miso soup. Menu is being finalized. Opening contingent on necessary work being completed on schedule.
Smalls Sliders
Fast-casual slider restaurant expanding in Central Florida. Built from 800-square-foot modular shipping containers called ‘cans’. Specializes in made-to-order sliders from fresh ground beef. Multiple locations planned including St. Johns in early May 2026 and Middleton in summer 2026.
Buc-ee’s
Gigantic 76,000 square foot Buc-ee’s travel center with 120 gas pumps, 18 EV chargers, and 700+ parking spots. Will feature Texas barbecue, jerky wall, baked goods, Beaver Nuggets, and famous brisket. Still in planning stages.
