Barbecue restaurant with drive-thru setup and pit-cooked comfort food, featuring fast-casual counter focused on quick takeout with smoked meats and homestyle sides. Owner previously operated seven Big Jake’s locations before shifting to real estate in 2014.

Joe & The Juice

Denmark-based juice and coffee shop opening 3,100 square foot location at Waterford Lakes Town Center. Second location announced for Central Florida after Winter Park location.

PopUp Bagels

PopUp Bagels planning a 1,500-square-foot location at Waterford Lakes Town Center next to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. Known for ‘grip, rip, and dip’ concept where bagels are sold by the bagful with cream cheese in tubs. Part of franchise deal with MPZ Holdings LLC to bring up to 30 locations to Florida.

Topgolf

$28 million Topgolf complex featuring hitting bays, full-service restaurant and bar, gift shop, private event rooms, and nine-hole mini golf course. Project approved by Brevard City Commission but no completion timeline announced.
