Sweet Melody
Sweet Melody, a Miami-born ice cream shop known for its record store-meets-ice cream shop decor, is opening its 5th location in Kendall’s London Square. The shop will offer 16 flavors by the scoop, pints, milkshakes, and sundaes. Owner Mike Romeu founded the brand in 2019. Opening is scheduled for summer 2026.

Boston House
Fine dining restaurant in a historic 1909 three-story brick building in downtown Fort Pierce. Features al fresco dining on an astroturfed hill overlooking Indian River Lagoon, indoor dining, and an outdoor bar. Massachusetts-style Americana menu with seafood and gourmet dishes by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef. Owner-operator is Georgette Angelos.
Manoli
Greek restaurant led by Michelin-trained chef Emmanouil ‘Manoli’ Aslanoglou, opening early summer 2026 at the former Sereia location. 140-seat restaurant with indoor, outdoor, and bar areas. Menu features shared plates rooted in Greek family recipes with American influences, including small plates, raw bar, housemade pastas, and grill dishes.
