Miami Slice
Miami Slice is opening a second permanent Miami location in Coconut Grove, taking over the former Harry’s Pizzeria space at 2996 McFarlane Rd. Signage went up in late February 2026. The restaurant is known for thin-crust pizza by the slice and was ranked No. 3 slice spot in the US by 50 Top Pizza 2026.
Olivia Ostrow Sandwich Concept

RuRu’s Tacos & Tequila
Movie-themed Mexican restaurant taking over the former Blue Front Bar and Grill building. Owner Martin Sprock, who co-founded Moe’s Southwest Grill, purchased the 1940s Art Deco building in 2022. Opening expected in July at earliest, by Labor Day (Sept. 5) at latest. Menu features playful movie-themed dish names.
Paradise Waterfront Cafe
Husband-wife owners Trina Angelone and Kenneth Gibson are converting their former Downtown Cellars bar space into a bright daytime cafe with 120 seats (including outdoor seating). Will serve breakfast, lunch, coffee, mimosas, baked goods, and more. Located in the Renaissance Building on Melody Lane in downtown Fort Pierce with Indian River Lagoon views.
