Taquiza is opening a new taco shop location in Little River. Signs have gone up and the owner has confirmed the news. The restaurant is known for scratch-made tacos with organic blue corn tortillas and was previously featured in the Florida Michelin Guide.

Doughnut shop with unique offerings including Smashed Donuts (ice cream-filled donuts pressed in panini press), breakfast sandwiches, and shakes. Founded by Tony Bahu, this will be a new franchise location.

SunLife Organics smoothie shop and wellness brand will open at JEM Private Residences in Miami Worldcenter. The cafe will offer health-forward menu including superfood smoothies, açaí bowls, and matcha, serving the property’s amenity pool and surrounding areas.

Michelin Bib Gourmand designated Cuban sandwich restaurant opening new 1,350 square foot location at Wynwood Plaza. Known for quality Cubanos with house-cured meats and preservative-free Cuban bread.
Luca Steak by Giorgio Rapicavoli
Italian steakhouse concept by chef Giorgio Rapicavoli at Wynwood Plaza. 4,500 square foot restaurant with 2,000 square feet of outdoor space. Will anchor the retail portion of the mixed-use complex.
Salt River
One of five restaurants planned for The Grove at The Port District, offering coastal-inspired cuisine. Managed by Atlas Restaurant Group. Construction began October 2026, expected completion May 2027 with 3-4 month prep period before opening.
Mēdüzā Mediterranïa
Noble 33 hospitality group plans to open Mēdüzā Mediterranïa restaurant on the second level and rooftop of a new two-story building being developed on Lincoln Road. Construction expected to start summer 2026.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami
Two-tower ultraluxury hotel and residential development on Brickell Key replacing the demolished Mandarin Oriental. Scheduled for completion in 2030.
