Hyphen Caffeto is a new cafe concept planned to open inside Somos Hyphen, a creative/tattoo studio space in Tampa. Plan review documents were submitted by Hyphen Coffee LLC for the project. Details are still largely under wraps. Co-owner Kirre Havens was not immediately available for comment.
