Pop-up cafe by Bucket Listers at Pullman Yards with 1980s Miami vibe themed after The Golden Girls. Menu features cocktails served in glass purses and selection of cheesecakes. Tickets go on sale Feb. 5.

Connecticut-based chain PopUp Bagels opening its first Georgia location on the Eastside Beltline. Features ‘grippable, rippable, and dippable’ soft bagels meant to dunk in schmear, different from traditional sliced bagel sandwiches.
Chick-fil-A Tift Ave
New Chick-fil-A location opening with drive-thru, dine-in, mobile pickup, and play space. Owner-Operator David Pettis’s second location in Tifton area. Opening day promotion includes free entree for guests in cow attire.
Springhill Suites Monroe
90-100 room Springhill Suites (Marriott brand) boutique hotel in downtown Monroe. Design work approved for 70,000 sq ft property incorporating historic cotton warehouse. Being developed by Red Hills Hospitality Management with city partnership.
Smalls Sliders
First of four planned Smalls Sliders locations by PAR Concepts LLC. 800-square-foot bright orange can already on site, with paving, landscaping and equipment installation underway. Additional locations planned for Kennesaw, Warner Robins, and Hickory Flat.
Reformation Brewery
Reformation Brewery opening fourth location with 6,886-square-foot taproom and 1,300-square-foot distilling facility. Features 24 taps, two bar areas, second-floor wraparound patio, and expansive outdoor area. Will have food partnership to be announced.
