Iconic Atlanta comfort food restaurant Eats is reopening at Wild Heaven Beer’s West End taproom location after closing on Ponce de Leon Avenue in October. Will serve original menu including pasta menu alongside Wild Heaven’s food, with original booths, art, logos and recipes moving to new space.
Mama Debbie’s Art Emporium
Art emporium and community hub opening in former Treasures on the Railroad location. Features gallery spaces, retail floor for local artists, co-working space, and classroom area. Owned by Angelica Bakhsh and Clay Morey.
El Tesoro
El Tesoro is relocating from Wild Heaven Beer’s West End taproom to the former Best End Brewing space at Lee + White. The 8,600-square-foot space features two kitchens and an expansive patio facing the Westside Beltline. This location will also serve as the commissary kitchen for all three El Tesoro restaurants.
Ben Hill Pub
Neighborhood sports bar from owner Fredericka Jones, designed in the same style as Sandtown Pub. Will offer classic comfort foods like wings, tenders, salads, seafood, and ribs, plus renamed cocktails reflecting Ben Hill history. Plans to operate seven days a week with lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch service.
Wyld Bird
Miami-inspired chicken concept opening in Home Grown’s space for dinner service. Features bone-in chicken cooked over charcoal with Miami-style rice and beans. Will operate evenings only after Home Grown closes at 2pm.
F1® Arcade
World’s first official Formula 1 experiential hospitality brand opening arcade bar with 68 Formula 1 simulators, spanning 15,000 square feet at The Interlock in West Midtown. Features elevated comfort food with global street-food menu and full-service bar with signature cocktails.
TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites
146-room dual-brand Marriott hotel featuring 88 extended-stay suites in TownePlace Suites and 58 studio suites in SpringHill Suites. Located along I-95/Hwy 21 corridor near soon-to-open Anchor Park. Will be the newest and largest Marriott hotel outside of downtown Savannah.
President’s House Hotel
Hotel planned for historic President’s House site, former home of seven University of Georgia presidents. Development reduced from 88,000 to 54,000 square feet. Going before Planning Commission on Jan 8, 2026.
Everhome Suites
Proposed 120-room extended-stay hotel, Augusta’s first Everhome Suites location. Everhome is a midscale extended-stay brand owned by Choice Hotels International. Located on 3.76-acre undeveloped parcel behind Augusta Family Y.
Kinship Restaurant
New restaurant concept from Kinship Butcher & Sundry team taking over former Farm Burger space in Virginia-Highland. Details about the concept to be released in 2026.
