146-key luxury resort conversion from The Resort at Kapalua Bay to St. Regis brand, spanning 25 acres of oceanfront on Maui’s northwest coast. Features 40,000-square-foot spa, 35,000 square feet of meeting space, and multiple pools including cascading lagoon pool. Undergoing renovation before St. Regis debut.
