Australia-based Mexican fast-casual chain opening two new Chicago locations. Lincoln Square location at 4711 N Western Avenue opening later in 2026, followed by Lakeview location at 925 W Belmont in winter 2027. Chain has over 270 locations worldwide and multiple existing Chicagoland locations.

The restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch with an emphasis on hearty meals including pancakes, skillets, omelettes, benedicts, club sandwiches, burgers, wraps and salads.
