111-room Hilton Home2 Suites hotel as part of the $126 million Technology Renewable Energy Command Center Global Campus project. Part of a larger development including hip-hop museum, community center, and tech hub.

111-room Home2 Suites hotel as part of $126 million TRECC Global Campus mixed-use development in Bronzeville. Part of larger campus including community center, sports/tech hub, workforce center, and Chicago Hip Hop Heritage Museum.

Hollywood Casino Aurora

$360 million entertainment destination featuring a luxurious hotel, more than 1,200 gaming positions, retail sportsbook, outdoor entertainment area, full-service spa, premium bars and restaurants, 12,000 square foot event center and approximately 1,700 parking spaces. Expected to employ approximately 700 team members.

Burnham Center Hotel

Historic office building conversion to hotel with 250-300 rooms and new ballroom in central atrium. Beaux-Arts structure from 1913, final design of architect Daniel Burnham. Developers purchased building for $5 million.

Mariela

New restaurant with Southeast Asian and European flavor from award-winning Chef Zubair Mohajir, partnering with Rishi Kumar and David Mor. Located in The Loop at the base of the Staypineapple Hotel building. Menu will feature coastal dishes with seafood and Indian-inspired cuisine.
