Counter-service Mediterranean restaurant offering customizable salads, grain bowls and wraps inside the historic Temple for Performing Arts. Developed by Pamela Bass Bookey and Harry Bookey. Orchestrate Hospitality will manage daily operations. Hartman Spiller Architects designing the space; K. Johnson Construction handling buildout. Enclosed patio planned for spring 2027.

A brand-new supper club named 151 Supper Club is coming to a new building on Carlson Way next to Daisy’s Garage off Highway 151 in Marion, IA. Construction is underway with renderings and construction photos shared. No opening date announced yet. A second location of Cruz’s Cafe is also opening in the same building.
