Taiwanese and New American restaurant from Chef Ming Pu and his wife Courtney. 190 seats, menu featuring Mapo Tofu Cavatelli, dumplings, and Taiwanese fried chicken. Located in former Eiderdown/Redbud Dining Room space.
Soupy’s
Soupy’s plans to add three new locations in Greater Louisville this year. The restaurant serves homemade soups, salads and sandwiches. They hired Franchise Development Group LLC to help with expansion and are offering franchise opportunities.
