Zef’s On The Lake
New bar and restaurant serving American cuisine, sandwiches and burgers, replacing former Port O Call restaurant. Located on the St. Clair River with water views. Owner has restaurant experience in Detroit area.
Happy Cat
Fast-casual Asian restaurant replacing Mama Lu’s after 10-year run. Will feature dishes like drunken noodles, beef and broccoli, spring rolls, pot stickers, pork belly bao buns, with sake-forward beverage program. Same owners and staff transitioning to new concept.
Mahogany Bay
Multi-level restaurant and event space with three dining areas including chef casual space (120 seats), casual area (60 seats plus outdoor seating), and private event space (200 seats). Located on St. Clair River with 450 feet of water frontage and boat dock access.

Greek-American owned coffee shop and creamery coming to downtown Trenton. Will serve Guernsey farms ice cream and locally brewed coffee. Name means ‘together’ in Greek. Located in former Elizabeth Perk Coffee & Ice Cream location.

Family-owned restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with items like chicken piccata, chicken marsala, and their specialty ‘Joe’s Salad’. Opening in former Stuffed Bun location. Family has 20 years of restaurant experience.
Cafe Au Lait
Second location of Livonia-based Cafe Au Lait opening inside La Gelati in West Dearborn. French coffee concept with menu ranging from coffees to breakfast sandwiches to desserts. Construction is nearing completion.
