New nutrition concept serving protein shakes and energizing teas. Owner also operates Ypsilanti Nutrition. Located in Grand Crossing plaza, formerly Healthy’s of Brighton location.

Comfort food restaurant opening in Rivertown Crossings Mall food court. Owner is a MasterChef contestant expanding from bakery business to serve Southern cuisine including chicken marsala, pasta, and sandwiches with fresh sourdough bread.

New burger food truck concept offering Lebanese, Italian and Southern BBQ burgers, opening at Plymouth Park & Eats truck park. Owned by Rami Haddad and Chucri Nemnoum who also operate Thyme Machine food truck.

Convenience store, restaurant and gas station chain expanding to nearly 20 stores in Michigan by end of 2026, also planning 100 Indiana locations over next 10 years

Kula

Small-scale restaurant and wine bar with 12 seats, sharing building with Beara Bakes. Menu will feature smaller plates with flavors of Eastern Italy, Balkan countries and North Africa, with rotating limited menu and intentional wine selections.

Aperitivo

New cocktail and wine bar described as an ‘after work destination’ serving wine, light beer and spirits. The concept focuses on aperitivo-style drinks (pre-meal, lower-alcohol beverages). Space is 1,000 square feet with new patio and possible food truck addition.
