Short’s Brewing is opening their third location at Logan’s Landing in Traverse City. The 16,000-square-foot property will be turned into a mixed-use space featuring their beers on tap and food additions. They are in early stages of developing the property.

Bakery and cafe franchise location owned by Heymanshudeep Singh, hoping to soft open April 30. Construction is complete and currently in hiring process. First location for this franchisee who has software engineering background.
El Trombone
Gay bar opening in former Mutiny Tiki Bar space, operated by Detroit Optimist Society. Will feature classic cocktails, canned beers and seltzers, with DJ nights, drag shows, and karaoke. Interior design described as ‘hyperpop, leather daddy vibe’ with ’70s, ’80s aesthetic.
El Camino Garage Bar
Full-service bar and fast-casual Mexican restaurant opening in former Gourmet Village Chinese location in Hannah Plaza. Owner has 20+ years restaurant experience and plans to source chips and salsa from Felipe’s family store.
Culver’s
New Culver’s location planned for Hillsdale, MI. Site plan unanimously approved by planning commission. 4,700 sq ft building with two-lane drive-thru and seating for 99. Construction to begin mid to late summer.

The Pizza Company in Davison is expanding with a new sit-down dining area and full-service bar. The expansion will feature a small, intimate, classy dining space with plans to add new menu items specifically for sit-down dining.
Sheetz
6,100 square-foot convenience store and restaurant opening at corner of 12 Mile and Haggerty roads. Grand opening with specials and gift card drawings. Will have 30 employees and operate 24/7.
