Greek-American owned coffee shop and creamery coming to downtown Trenton. Will serve Guernsey farms ice cream and locally brewed coffee. Name means ‘together’ in Greek. Located in former Elizabeth Perk Coffee & Ice Cream location.

Family-owned restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with items like chicken piccata, chicken marsala, and their specialty ‘Joe’s Salad’. Opening in former Stuffed Bun location. Family has 20 years of restaurant experience.
Cafe Au Lait
Second location of Livonia-based Cafe Au Lait opening inside La Gelati in West Dearborn. French coffee concept with menu ranging from coffees to breakfast sandwiches to desserts. Construction is nearing completion.
Our Brewing
Our Brewing’s second location opening as a taproom and beer garden in the East Hills area of Grand Rapids. Will feature three food trucks, fire pit, picnic tables and hanging lights. Construction will begin after Woosah Outfitters closes.

Second location of Rochester-based coffee house specializing in espressos, matchas and Yemeni traditional coffees. Franchise agreement not yet signed and waiting on permits.

Family-owned restaurant rebuilding after electrical fire in December 2024. Construction is underway with completion targeted for June 1st. Previously operated since 1982.

Kava bar concept serving teas mixed with kava plants, designed as a space to study and decompress. Owner also operates kava locations in Jacksonville, Florida. Currently hiring kavatenders and barbacks.

Second location of Dutch Girl Donuts expanding from original Woodward Avenue shop. Serves specialty donuts, coffee, with various toppings and portion options. Will share space with Howrani Studios photography business.
