La Taqueria food truck is opening a brick-and-mortar location in the former Red Rooster Kitchen spot. Will have primarily takeout and delivery with a large seating area for parties/meetings by reservation.

Chick-fil-A restaurant proposed as part of Bridger Point Master Site Plan development at former rest stop location. City has approved master site plan. Restaurant would include drive-thru and indoor/outdoor seating.
