Historic Art Deco property from 1929 being restored as 32-room luxury boutique hotel by Noble House Hotels & Resorts and Breakwater. Will feature wellness center with cold plunge tub, infrared sauna, fitness center, members’ club, and updated dining area. Seven-story downtown property previously operated as hotel until 1980s conversion to condos.

Cheba Hut ‘Toasted’ Subs opening its first Montana location in Billings near MSU campus, Zoo Montana and Shiloh Crossing shopping center.
