Preview casino for Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians on trust land in Vallejo. Modular buildings constructed, part of larger $700M casino and resort project that is in legal limbo pending DOI approval.

The Baxter Hotel

Historic Art Deco property from 1929 being restored as 32-room luxury boutique hotel by Noble House Hotels & Resorts and Breakwater. Will feature wellness center with cold plunge tub, infrared sauna, fitness center, members’ club, and updated dining area. Seven-story downtown property previously operated as hotel until 1980s conversion to condos.

Omni Hotel

New downtown Raleigh Omni Hotel serving as anchor hotel for Convention Center expansion project. Will include Bob’s Steak & Chop House and a coffee shop. Located at the end of Fayetteville Street across from Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts.

Humana Tower Hotel

1,000-room convention hotel transforming the historic Humana Tower with new tower addition. $600-700 million project includes 100,000+ sq ft meeting space and food/beverage outlets. Preserves original exterior design.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Weslaco

Extended-stay hotel with studio and one-bedroom suites featuring in-unit kitchenettes, pet-friendly accommodations, saline pools, fitness/laundry centers, and outdoor patios. 63,202 square feet, $3.15 million construction cost.

Seaport District Hotel

14-story, 438-room select service hotel in Boston’s Seaport District. $110 million project by Global Hospitality Investment Group. Will be powered by 100% renewable electricity. Brand not yet determined but positioned as more affordable option.

Downtown Rutland Hotel

Seven-story hotel development with 100 rooms and 26 housing units planned for downtown Rutland’s vacant ‘pit’ site. Project has secured 80% of funding with $8 million state investment. Remediation work underway, expected to take 4-6 months. Will create 30 permanent hotel jobs.

Omni New Orleans

1,000-key headquarters hotel across from New Orleans Convention Center with 100,000 square feet of meeting space, restaurants and bars, rooftop pool deck, spa, and parking garage. $600 million development by Omni Hotels & Resorts.

ExtendedStay hotel

122-room ExtendedStay hotel proposed by the Opper Group as part of a development that also includes a QuickChek and gas station. Application review has been delayed by NJSEA.

Homewood Suites by Hilton

Six-story, 132-room hotel in downtown Pensacola with views of Pensacola Bay. Features include pool, outdoor grill area, and lawn for yard games. Being developed by Kerioth Corporation.
