Distillery moving from Hyattsville to larger historic former bank building in Takoma Park. Will feature cocktail bar/tasting room (1,667 sq ft) and expanded distilling operation (3,333 sq ft). Owned by brothers-in-law Jeff Harner and Nate Groenendyk.

Lagos District Restaurant and Lounge

Restaurant and lounge preparing for soft opening with seating capacity of 60, operating hours 11am-3am daily. Applied for liquor license and promises to bring ‘cocktails, culture, and cuisine’ to DC dining scene.

Marta al Mare

Italian restaurant spin-off featuring fresh seafood, hand-shaped pasta, toro arancini, and lobster saltimbocca. Will serve brunch six days a week with modern Italian twist. Located in waterfront space with scenic al fresco dining.

Dunkin’

New Dunkin’ location planned for Mulberry, FL. Plan review documents have been submitted by Shepherd Rd Donuts LLC. Location will be between Shepherd Road and Imperial Lakes Boulevard.

SoFresh

SoFresh is a healthy food franchise expanding in Florida, preparing to open a new location in Spring Hill. The restaurant will serve signature Warm Bowls, salads, wraps and other healthy options.

The Honey Baked Ham Co.

New Honey Baked Ham Co. franchise location opening in Bird Bay Plaza, known as Venice’s Foodies Heaven. Soft opening planned for March 23 with Grand Opening to follow in April. Franchisee Charlotte Marcum and her husband are opening the location.

Acclaimed Greek seafood restaurant founded by Greek-born restauranteur Costas Spiliadis, known for refined yet approachable Greek dining with finest ingredients and freshest seafood from Greece and the Mediterranean. Part of Copley Place redevelopment taking over former Neiman Marcus space.

KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Third KPot location in Connecticut featuring all-you-can-eat hot pot and Korean barbecue with futuristic blue lighting and nightlife atmosphere at Charter Oak Marketplace
