EDO Gastropub is making a comeback after closing in September. The concept is set to reopen with American comfort food with global accents, including vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. EDO Hospitality signed a lease for the space formerly occupied by DW Bistro.

Southern California quick-service restaurant known for world-famous pastrami dip sandwiches expanding to Las Vegas market. Will be first location outside of California for the family-owned chain that started in 1951.
Nashville Cats Cafe
Nashville Cats Cocktail brand expanding to open a cafe on the Las Vegas Strip. Negotiations underway for undisclosed Strip location. Team planning to meet in February 2026 to discuss next steps. Will feature food and live music in a Texas-inspired immersive dining and entertainment experience.
China Mama
Contemporary Chinese fusion restaurant expanding with two new locations – Henderson location expected to open by summer (May or June), and Summerlin location at 2233 N. Rampart Blvd also planned for 2026. Brand has 6 existing locations in Las Vegas Valley.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas
Guitar-shaped hotel tower with 675 rooms and suites as part of full transformation of former Mirage property. Will offer nearly 3,600 total hotel rooms, 175,000 sq ft gaming space, two spas, multiple pools, entertainment venues, restaurants and retail. Construction 28 of 42 stories complete.

Los Angeles-based smash burger eatery opening at The Neighborhood Food Hall at The Resort at Summerlin. Known for signature smash burgers with grilled onions, pickles and fry sauce on Martin’s potato buns.
Marufuku Ramen
Second Valley location for Marufuku Ramen expanding to Downtown Summerlin. 2,440 square feet with counter and table seating, flat-screen TVs, and terrace with firepits. Known for authentic Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen with umami pork broth.
Alien Pizza Party
Alien Pizza Party is a highly themed outer space pizza restaurant set to open at AREA15 entertainment complex. Operated by Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group, which runs nearly 50 restaurants in Vegas. Will incorporate great pizza in an out-of-this-world themed environment.
