Second Valley location for Marufuku Ramen expanding to Downtown Summerlin. 2,440 square feet with counter and table seating, flat-screen TVs, and terrace with firepits. Known for authentic Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen with umami pork broth.
Alien Pizza Party
Alien Pizza Party is a highly themed outer space pizza restaurant set to open at AREA15 entertainment complex. Operated by Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group, which runs nearly 50 restaurants in Vegas. Will incorporate great pizza in an out-of-this-world themed environment.
Casa De Pizza and Wings
New pizzeria opening near Nellis Air Force Base offering pizza, wings, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and desserts. Owned by L Fomina Inc with Stepan Zhludenko at the helm. Menu and website still in development.

Spicy fried chicken joint from chef David Chang’s Momofuku group opening at AREA15 entertainment venue. Will offer fried chicken sandwiches, spicy chicken bites and savory sides. Part of second quarter expansion at AREA15.
Nacho Daddy
Nacho Daddy will open a new location at AREA15, serving signature gourmet nachos and award-winning margaritas. The restaurant will join other local eateries in the immersive entertainment destination.
Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets
New Orleans-inspired sweet shop opening its fourth location at AREA15 entertainment venue. Will offer handcrafted brioche doughnuts, gourmet glazes, and New Orleans-style beignets.

Hawaii-based restaurant chain opening its first Summerlin location and fourth in Southern Nevada. Features three-in-one concept with retail bakery, fast-casual takeout, and full-service dine-in restaurant.
Barbacoa Hidalguense
Second location of authentic Mexican eatery specializing in traditional dishes from the Huasteca region, including barbacoa, birria quesadillas, chilaquiles, and handmade tortillas. Currently under construction.

California-based ramen brand opening second Las Vegas location at Downtown Summerlin, featuring kushiyaki, full bar, and outdoor patio. Will occupy former SkinnyFats space.
