French-inspired bistro and bar owned by chef Marilyn Schlossbach and entrepreneur Bret Morgan, located in former Wells Fargo space. Menu will feature simple French cuisine with local sustainable ingredients.

Healthy food café concept specializing in acai bowls, smoothies, juices, salads, grain bowls, wraps and toasts. Third New Jersey location for the California-based chain, operated by franchise team Hardik and Unnati Mistry. Located at The Yard retail property.

Seven new restaurants coming soon to American Dream mall including Miznon (Mediterranean street food), Firehouse Subs, Daily Seoul, Little Dumpling, Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, Giacomo’s pizza, and Seoul Kitchen. Plans are in the works for all locations.
Tenmomi
Pop-up ramen shop opening permanent location inside the Williams Center. Owner KC Gonzalez (Chef Salty) will offer craft-your-own ramen bowls, signature ramen dishes, and debut a wings menu with fried chicken sandwiches and burgers.

Federal Donuts & Chicken is preparing to bring their fast-casual concept to MarketFair in Princeton soon. Grand opening date has not yet been announced. Additional location also coming to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City this spring.

Insomnia Cookies opening 7th New Jersey location in Red Bank, offering in-store, pickup and delivery options for signature warm cookies. The Philadelphia-based late-night bakery concept is hiring 20-25 employees including crew members, delivery drivers and shift leaders.
