Chef Sujan Sarkar is expanding his Michelin-starred Chicago Indian tasting menu restaurant Indienne to NYC in May 2026. The 36-seat space will offer meat, pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan tasting menu options. Located on the second floor of Henry Hall luxury residential building.
